This is a culmination of a combination of persistence, commitment to service delivery, strong partnerships and the capacity to appreciate and identify the need to be geared for growth within the Tsantsabane Municipality. The reason why we believe that this LED Strategy is a product of persistence because, it happened in an era where the most common focus areas of the municipality were not LED, even though provincial and national government had identified LED as a key performance area.
